Shannon married her husband Todd in 2015 and they have 4 children together. She has had many roles throughout lake county serving vulnerable populations. She has worked with people who are homeless, people with addictions, single moms, sexual assault and domestic violence survivors as well as human trafficking. She has provided crisis intervention, case management services and mental health counseling services. Shannon is currently staying at home and homeschooling her children. She joined the board in 2026.
